About Us:
Culver Meadows AFC Your Home Away From Home
Culver Meadows AFC is a licensed 15 bed adult foster care home owned by Brad and Trina Jewett. Trinas parents owned it for nine years previous to Brad and Trina and has been in the same family for fifteen+ years. Trina has 20+ years of working with the elderly.
We specialize in Alzheimers and Dementia Care, but also do assisted living type care. Our home is very friendly and cozy, everyone that resides here is treated with respect and dignity. We also specialize in end of life care. Once your loved one moves here they do not have to leave once they reach a certain level of care.
We are here for your loved one and you. Culver Meadows has 24 hr awake staffing and the owners Brad and Trina Jewett (and children Connor age 5 and Kara age 11 months) live on site. |
